Our team ensures that projects meet high standards while addressing contemporary preferences, effectively blending technical expertise with aesthetic flair. Our single-contact model simplifies project delivery, adhering to schedules while keeping budgets intact.

We take charge of design, compliance, and execution, merging plumbing, electrical tasks, waterproofing, and finishing under one skilled roof. This management allows you to leave the entire process confidently in the hands of seasoned professionals.
Old lead joints hide behind plasterboard. If your incoming mains run through a tight cupboard under the stairs, tell the fitters early on so they can isolate valves without cracking decorative cornices. Our bathroom installation in Walthamstow begins by checking static water pressure at the outside tap. Low feed makes mixer showers dribble.
Timber twists over decades. When a cast iron bath gets moved across the room, we inspect the structural timber beneath the floorboards because rotten wood cannot hold wet screed and heavy stone tiles. Subfloors need plywood strengthening layers screwed down flat before any waste pipes get glued.
Our bathroom installation service offers an integrated approach, covering every detail from removal to finishing touches, ensuring a hassle-free experience without multiple contractors.
With 24 years of expertise, we expertly handle all necessary plumbing and electrical updates, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining the highest craftsmanship levels during bathroom installation.
Every project features tailored finishes and selected materials, allowing the bathroom installation to embody your style while ensuring lasting functionality.
Our process includes thorough tanking and tiling methods, ensuring durability and water resistance, keeping the integrity of your bathroom installation intact for many years.
We strictly follow agreed timelines and budgets, maintaining transparent communication at every stage to ensure the bathroom installation proceeds smoothly without unforeseen delays.
Tile grout turns to fine powder. When we rip out old ceramic wall tiles with breaker chisels, airborne grit settles on picture frames and soft furnishings unless every doorway gets sealed with heavy polythene sheeting. During each bathroom installation in Walthamstow, we lay heavy adhesive film over stair runners down to the front path. Muddy boots never touch bare carpets.
Baths take up substantial room. Carrying a heavy composite tray through narrow turns demands clear hallways, so you should remove hanging mirrors, coats, and bicycle racks beforehand to prevent accidental scrapes against the wallpaper. Moving heavy rubbish bags down staircases requires free movement through the hallway doors, straight out towards the skip waiting on the gravel driveway.
We start the bathroom installation process by thoroughly assessing the current space, followed by detailed design meetings to match the layout and finishes with your needs and vision.
Our team carefully dismantles existing fixtures and finishes to prepare your area for installation, ensuring all plumbing and electrical changes meet present regulations.
We handle all critical plumbing and electrical modifications, incorporating waterproofing systems to protect against moisture, providing a solid base for the upcoming bathroom installation steps.
Expert tiling and the fitting of customized sanitaryware and lighting fixtures are carried out with meticulous care, demonstrating the premium standards that characterise our skill.
After completing the project, we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all aspects meet regulatory standards and fulfill your expectations before officially handing over the bathroom installation.
Soap scum penetrates porous cement. Applying penetrating liquid sealers across porous marble slabs keeps shampoo dyes from leaving permanent yellow stains inside the shower enclosure. With every bathroom installation in Walthamstow, ventilation ducts must vent warm steam straight through the exterior brickwork rather than dumping condensation into cold loft spaces. Mould grows fast.
Flexible sealants do shrink eventually. Shower trays flex slightly when stepped on, which slowly tears the silicone bead away from the glazed tile surface over several years. Checking these elastic perimeter joints around the bathtub rim every few months stops hidden water leaks from dripping through ceiling plasterboard onto the dining table below.
With 24 years in the field, we bring unmatched skill to every bathroom installation. Our extensive knowledge covers all stages, from the initial design to final touches, ensuring precision and care in execution. This level of expertise guarantees that your bathroom installation meets the best craftsmanship and functionality standards.

They depend on survey findings, because uncovering rotted joists, cracked soil stacks, or corroded mains valves behind wall tiles requires extra timber and specialist plumbing fittings. We discuss discovered defects before fitting any new sanitaryware.
Shared masonry often requires a party wall agreement if pipe chasing cuts into common brickwork. Informing neighbours about vibration noise prevents disputes, especially in terraced cottages across Walthamstow where drill sounds travel directly through brick party walls.
Empty all toiletries from cupboards, take down window blinds, and clear laundry baskets completely. Clearing clothes and personal items from landing corridors gives tradespeople unhindered access between the work area and their tools.
The lead installer tests every waste trap under full flow, checks electrical isolating switches, and watches all silicone seals. If a mixer valve drips after water pressure settles, the fitting team returns to adjust internal cartridges.
